Vote was taken for Coach of the Year.

West – Brian Hamar – Thomas

East – Paul Pool – Pryor

Times were set for All-State Games: 1:00 – Small schools; 3:00 – Large schools; 5:00 – Middle schools.

All nominations for Pres. must be sent to Cherie by May 22, 2003.

A ballot will be made and vote will be taken during the General Meeting on Sat. – May 31, 2003.

All-State workouts will be set for the week after Spring Break for 2004 if everything stays like it is now with the school schedules and a set spring break for every school.

Discussion followed on the Oklahoma/Texas Game. Only new coaches cards will be accepted for these games.

Coach Heatly will serve as Honary Coach for the Oklahoma team.

Motion was made for a plaque or something for appreciation for David Glover for his service as Pres.. Motion approved.

Meeting was adjourned to break into groups for All-State selections and for OCA All-Star selections
