Board Meeting – May 31, 2003

Call to Order.

Prayer.

Minutes read and approved.

Financial report was given by Cherie Myers.

The Assoc. is in good financial condition at this time.

Discussion and comments about the Ok/Texas Game and volunteers donated their time and efforts to work for this event.

The new Pres. – Rocky Clarke and new Vice-Pres. – Kris Gore took over their duties with praise given for David Glover and his dedication and hard work for the association.

The Fall Clinic was talked about and H. S. speakers volunteered to speak if we need them. At this time we are in contact with 2 college coaches and a Doctor to speak at our clinic and may not use H.S. Speakers this year. The clinic will be at OCC in Edmond and the agenda will be posted on the web site in Sept.

Class B – 2A – 4A – & 6A Board positions will be open in Oct.

All-State Plans for 2004 were discussed and will be completed during the Oct. Meeting and the March Meeting.
