OGBCA – BOARD MEETING – JUNE 2, 2007

Minutes read and approved
Comments and discussion on All-State from the General Meeting.  Very
successful weekend – thanks and appreciation expressed to Rick Wilson and
the Weatherford community.
Financial Report discussion from General Meeting.  Hopefully, with all the
help from Weatherford supporters, after all the expenses, insurance,
awards, taxes, etc. are paid, the Association should have a little bit of
carry-over for this year.  Auditor report will be give in October if
everything is returned from the State.
Dr. Jim Bond spoke to the Board and the Association concerning his wish to
help and contribute in the future to the games, as well as, the
Association in general.  Rick Wilson will be in contact with him
concerning the Assoc. needs for next year.
Motion was made for the All-State Games to return to Weatherford on May
30th and 31st. for 2008.
Motion was approved.
All Board Members were encouraged to send their e-mail addresses to Rick
for better communication.
Floor was opened for any discussion.
