Presentation and Agenda for Allstate Games – June 1 and 2  - given by Rick Wilson – Weatherford.  The games will be played at Weatherford High School and the agenda will be posted on the website. 

Selection followed for Allstate Coaches, Asst. Coaches of the Year, J.H. Coaches of the Year, and the Charles K. Heatly Award.

Discussion followed concerning the rights to have a Delayed Broadcast of the State Tourn. in individual communities – does the OSSAA govern this in anyway.

This will be checked on and reported on in the Board Meeting.

(The OSSAA rules state that only exclusive rights can be given for a live Broadcast.)

Discussion followed concerning the minor changes that need to be made to the Allstate forms.
