General Meeting 6-04-05

GENERAL MEETING – JUNE 4, 2005

Call to order.
Minutes read and approved.
Talked about Coaches Aid Forum and the problems with some of the forum
topics and no
Control or guidelines.  Board Reps have talked to Coaches Aid and they are
looking at ways of changing some of the problems.

Motion was made and approved for 2006 All-State to be June 2 and 3, 2006,
at UCO in Edmond.
1:00 – Middle school game
2:30 – Large school game
4:00 – Small school game

Report was given by Charles Heatly concerning the OK/Texas game in Norman
on July 23, 2005.  Game time is 2:00p.m at Lloyd Noble.
Tickets - $7.00 adults and $5.00 students.   Teams $3.00 each player.
Coaches:  Brett Sanders and Pat Elder (changed to Dwight Winburn for Pat
Elder)
Hon. Coach – Jim Keith

These people volunteered to work the gate and scoretable.

Vote was taken and approved to take passes from 2004-05, as well as,
2005-06 passes.

Rick Wilson is in charge of the Fall Clinic for Oct. 2005 at OCC in
Edmond.  He will post the information on the website for this event.
Plans are for the clinic to be Wed. evening 6-9:00p.m. and Thurs. 9:00a.m.
until Noon.  Rules meeting at 9:00a.m.
